 GR20 Corsica

GR20 Corsica 29 Nov 2007

I know that this has nothing to do with Munros but I am thinking of doing the GR20 in Corsica next year.

Has anyone else done the route or part of it? I would be very interested to hear about any experiences.

Cheers

No experience of GR20 in Corsica, but is this possibly the most OT posting yet?

A pal of mine did the Southern Upland Way he said it was quite a lot of walking through forestry plantations and not too interesting.

I have done a coast to coast walk in the 1990s.  Stonehaven to Glenfinnan which was great.

Iain - you could start not far from the house!

I remember we spent the first night in a bothy not too far from you.  Close to the high point of the Cairn O' Mounth road.  It was a good place and then the next day we walk over to Glen Esk.
