This hill is well served by tracks but this is the shortest route which makes little use of them

 Travel Information

Head to: Dufftown

From Dufftown, travel W then SW 10.5km to junction with minor road SE to Ellivreid Farm in Glen Rinnes

Where the access routes are few or the ridge is narrow, paths are generally obvious. On open ground, following paths without using your compass may get you lost in poor visibility.

Route was enjoyable and well described, watch out for the deer fence on the way down.
