Sgurr Mhic Choinnich from Coire Lagan. This picture gives lie to the assertion that these mountains are the "Black Cuillin", and as Gordon Stainsforth points out that they can adopt many different hues depending on light and weather conditions.

Looking across the loch in magnificent Coire Lagan. Sgurr Mhic Choinnich forms the massive headwall, with the bottom of the Great Stone Shoot (right) almost symmetrically balanced by the scree-run section of the An Stac screes to left.

Zoomed-in shot of part of Collie's Ledge (more correctly called Harte's Ledge in the SMC guide 'Skye Scrambles' by Noel Williams), with a climber in red and blue to give scale. He made it look like a Sunday afternoon stroll! Taken from Sgurr Alasdair.
