Blacks and Millets shoppers among 10 million warned after JD Sports cyber breach |

Customers of JD Sports, including the outdoor brands Millets and Blacks, have been warned the company was subject to a cyber attack.
JD Sports said data relating to some online orders placed by up to 10 million people between November 2018 and October 2020 may have been obtained during the incident

Campaigners plan rally to support appeal against Dartmoor wild camping verdict |

Campaigners say they plan to hold a peaceful rally outside Dartmoor National Park headquarters during Friday’s authority meeting.
Dartmoor Wild Camping Action Group said it believes the authority will be discussing an appeal against the court ruling in the case brought by landowner Alexander Darwall

Experts issue five-point guidance for using phones for hill navigation |

Almost nine out of 10 hillgoers now use mobile phones or GPS units to help them navigate, according to a survey.
Mountaineering Scotland asked 4,000 people if they used these devices when on the hills, and whether they had experienced problems with them

Wild camping on Dartmoor will continue after agreement reached with landowners |

Dartmoor National Park Authority said people will continue to be able to wild camp in certain areas, after it reached an agreement with landowners’ representatives.
Outdoor enthusiasts wishing to camp on the moors will need to refer to an interactive map and follow ‘leave no trace’ principles
