Beinn na Caillich is located at the W end of the Knoydart peninsula. It's main ridge runs SW to Meall Coire an t-Searraich (686m) where it broadens to mainly easy or moderate slopes with only a few crags offering an easy ascent from Gleann na Guiserein. At the Beinn na Caillich end of the ridge, however, the slopes are steeper and much rockier but even here routes can be found through the crags.
