Mountain Description
Beinn Leoid is a remote mountain in a high wild moorland setting with many lochans. The summit cone approximates to a triangular pyramid with ridges extending from the apices; NNW to Sail na Slataich (652m), W to Creag an t-Sniomha and E to a bealach connecting to Meallan a' Chuail (750m). A path ascends to this bealach from the N making this the normal ascent route. Some steep slopes and crags mainly on N face.
