We are on the
western outskirts of the village of Invergarry. We offer bed and breakfast with an option of an
evening meal by arrangement. You can also have a glass of wine or local beer with
your meal or just sit and relax with a whisky in the evening and enjoy
the comforts of a log fire on cooler days after a day out walking.
Craigard House is a Victorian country house built in 1840 and still retains many of its original features. Originally built as a farmhouse it was extended in around 1860 to its present size. Most rooms have retained the original windows and some still have working wooden shutters.
The house is south facing looking across open fields of Glengarry towards the river Garry
We can offer drying of wet outer garments and a secure lock up for bicycles.
