A former traditional croft house with outstanding sea views across The Minch to Skye and the Outer Hebredies. The cottage is set amongst working crofts, located about 8 miles north of Gairloch on the road to Melvaig.

A superb location for hillwalking and convenient for several Munros and Corbetts including An Teallach, Slioch,the Fisherfield Mountains, Beinn Eighe and the other Torridon mountains. The area is excellent for whale and bird watching with eagles and sea eagles regularly sighted in the area. Walks directly from the cottage includes the cliff top walk from Rua Reidh lighthouse.

The beach, which has a small slipway, is less than 5 minutes away past the Melvaig Inn. The Inn is a cafe, restuarant  and pub serving real ale and excellent lunchtime and evening meals.

The cottage is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors or if you just want to get away from it all.
