We provide relaxing, quality bed and breakfast accommodation all year round with seven central heated comfortable en-suite bedrooms. Freshly cooked to order Scottish Breakfast (or our special Scottish Kedgeree) is served in our comfortable ground floor dining room.

We are proud to boast good pressure electric power showers in 6 bedrooms and a corner bath in the 'Four Poster room'. We have a good mixture of rooms with doubles, triples and even a family room for 5 (see our website for room details).

We are opposite the Newsagents, Outdoor Centre, and the Co-op supermarket (open 8am till 10pm) and both the village churches are within a short walk as is the McLaren Hall and Killin Hotel.
Killin boasts 8 restaurants and 5 public houses all within walking distance of us.
