The Shepherd's Cottage is idyllically set on the shores of Loch Eynort, on the West Coast of the magical Isle of Skye.  Situated up a private road, on a working hill sheep and beef farm, the cottage is the ideal romantic Hebridean Retreat or the perfect base for a walking, climbing or mountain biking adventure.

Eynort and Kraiknish hill farm encompasses both sides of Loch Eynort, extending over to Loch Brittle.  Glenbrittle and the Cuillin range can be reached through the Glenbrittle forest, which has miles of tracks, ideal for walking or mountain biking.  Otherwise it is 12 miles by road and it is also 12 miles from the cottage to Sligachan.

Shepherd's Cottage, which is over 120 years old, has recently been renovated to a high standard and is heated by oil central heating throughout.  Two well equipped double bedrooms accommodate up to four people.  A state of the art modern dining has all mod cons, while the bathroom offers weary climbers the option of a soak in the bath or a power shower.
