Heralded as Britain's most remote guest house, Skiary is set in a
stunning natural setting on the shores of Loch Hourn. We welcome those
seeking to experience the breathtaking natural beauty of one of
Britain's last remaining wildernesses.
Situated between the rough bounds of Knoydart and the delightful south
Shiel ridge, eleven of Scotland's most remote munros including Ladhar Bheinn, Luinne Bheinn, The Saddle and Sgurr na Sgine are within 10km of Skiary.
Expect delicious home-cooked food in a traditional stone cottage with an open fire.
Tom and Claire will be running Skiary for the 2011 season from May until September. Lodging is full board with
vegetarian meals if required. We welcome children and well behaved
dogs!
